Villa Aya is a unique villa
property located in Seminyak, Kuta, Bali, 25 minutes from
the international Airport Ngurah of Denpasar Bali and 10

of 24 rooms; nine 2-bedroom villas with in between a swimming
pool and two 3-bedroom villas with a connecting room and
a third bedroom with a swimming pool in between. All villas

2 Villa
This luxury villa consists of two (2) villa bedrooms on
the opposite of each other (2 units) surrounded by the charm
of an exotic tropical garden. Each villa has an unique outdoor
kitchen completed with cooking facilities (dishes, toaster,
blender, stove oven) refrigerator. For the convenience of
the guest each villa has its own parking places.
The elegance of the atmosphere of Villa Aya comes from the
combination of antique furniture and modern amenities in
each room. Villas are equipped with audio set, colour TV
with international, individual controlled air-conditioned,
IDD phone, mini bar, semi open bathroom with separate shower
and toilet, hair dryer.
