Rates
* Special internet rates are valid for booking made
though our websites NOT direct to the hotel
* Special internet rates are including 21% tax and service
charges and are quoted in US Dollars
* Room rates are per room per night
* Special package rates / super deal package are per
room per package
* Sightseeing tours / spa and others are quoted per
person II. Cancelation Policy
Normal Season
* One night room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the
arrival date.
High Season (July - August and December - January )
* One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the
arrival date.
Upon Arrival
* No refund for all payment made.
III. Reservation and Confirmation Procedures
* All confirmed reservation need to be guaranteed by cash or valid credit
card (Visa / Master card )
* Hotel voucher will be issued once the full payment is received and will
be sent to you by email then the copy
will be sent to the hotel mentioned.
IV. Payment
Procedures
* Payment in cash : all payment is transferred to the bank account
* Payment by Credit Card : all payment is transferred by filling up the
form ( www.balipayment.com ) and will be 4% additional charged from total
of payment
